groupSPARK has released Active Directory Automatic Synchronization, a new proprietary tool to help its resellers’ clients manage their hosted Exchange users through their own Active Directory (AD). The tool listens for changes in the client’s AD environment and automatically updates the hosted Exchange environment every 5 minutes with the changes. Since this is entirely automated, there is no user interface associated with this tool. This optional service allows clients with large and/or complex organizations to maintain consistency between their Exchange and Office environments in a fully automated fashion.
